The wife moved out to the new home and the husband stayed to sell. Over-financed, the house didn't sell and with two mortgages to keep up with they went into default.

After negotiating with the lenders Stephany and Jim were able to discount the total $282,875.00 mortgage on the Colorado house down to $218,600. They sold the house for $249,000.00 and made a $17,000 profit.

This deal was sent to Rogie through a referral from a local realtor.

Do to job loss and increase in payments the homeowner was behind on several payments and was about to face foreclosure.

The original balance of the mortgage was $503,000.00 and was negotiated down to $285,000.00. A total discount of $218,000.00!

The house was listed at $339K and got 11 offers in two weeks. Price was bid up to $370,000 and sold for a $74,000.00 profit!
